Middle/High School Sports Activities
CCCS Middle/High school students are encouraged to participate in sports and after school extra curricular activities. CCCS currently offers Fall Cross Country for Middle School students.

If a student resides in St. Helens, they may participate in St. Helens school district sports and extra curricular activities and likewise for Scappoose residents. CCCS students are required to follow the same expectations as other middle school students in each district.  St. Helens, Warren and Scappoose residents need to complete athletic packets, which are available at district middle schools, or by clicking the links below.

The packet includes a sports physical, which needs to be completed by a doctor.  It also includes emergency medical waiver, insurance coverage information, transportation permission form and athletic participation rules. Columbia County Christian School, or parents of our students would need to arrange transportation to the middle school or High School.  The students would then ride the district bus from the middle school to their competition destination and back to the middle school.

Students residing in Scappoose  would need to complete the necessary forms and have a current physical on file. Fall sports sign ups are in August.
